The exact scope of services is defined in a separate management agreement signed between NUDEHAUS and each creator.

3. Application Process Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into our management program. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason. All information shared during the application process is treated confidentially.

4. No Adult Content on This Website This website does not contain adult content. NUDEHAUS operates as a management and strategy agency. Any content created by our managed creators is published on third-party platforms under the creator's own responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property All content on this website including text, design and branding is the property of NUDEHAUS. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of this website without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability NUDEHAUS provides management and strategy services but cannot guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Results depend on multiple factors including creator consistency, platform algorithm changes and market conditions. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

7. Third Party Platforms Our services are designed for use on OnlyFans. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by OnlyFans or any other platform. We are not responsible for changes to platform policies that may affect creator revenue or account status.

8. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all business discussions, strategies and creator information confidential. We do not share creator information with third parties without explicit consent.

9. Termination Either party may terminate the management relationship in accordance with the terms set out in the individual management agreement. Access to this website may be restricted at our discretion.

10. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the jurisdiction agreed upon in the individual management agreement.

11. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
